Healing your body and spirit postpartum is a topic that is both under talked about and misunderstood. In this episode Katelin interviews Arielle Martone, doctor of physical therapy, yoga teacher and postnatal coach turned postpartum wellness coach after having 2 kids and overcoming postpartum depression and pelvic pain herself.
