Jacopo’s journey has taken him from large-scale U.S. film productions to a life rooted in the soil (he’s passionate about growing food) mindfulness. Since 2023, he has lived and practiced at Plum Village France, the mindfulness centre and monastery founded by Zen Master and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh.
In this episode he will be sharing his journey & learnings and we will explore how we can live our Essence through coming into the present moment and non-judgemental listening.
