Dr. Shadae Booker-Shelton is a distinguished Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care, with a doctoral degree in nursing from Northern Kentucky University, earned in 2022. She holds a master’s degree in nursing from Governor State University and is nationally board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
