In Jamaica their has being a on going battle for lands, the so called sovereign lands of the people they called the Jamaican Maroons. This situation started when the government proposed to allow bauxite mining on these lands by overseas contractors to help alleviate the countries debt, But as many know this country's government has being plagued with financial corruption for decades.
