Olly Tayler is a seasoned professional with 30 years of service in the Devon and Cornwall Police. Olly spent half his career in the traffic department, where he developed a passion for road safety, particularly among young drivers. Since retiring, Olly has become a freelance road safety trainer and consultant, working with organisations like First Car, PDT Fleet Solutions, and Co Pilot. He heads the The Honest Truth young driver project, focusing on early intervention to instil safe driving habits. A dedicated advocate for behaviour change, Olly combines his policing expertise with innovative approaches to driver education, helping organisations reduce road risk and enhance safety culture.
