Market Report w/c Monday 4th September. It has been an extremely busy week at Dewing Grain, with the end of the harvest keeping the team on their feet. Our predictions are that the oil seed rape market is going to go up, feed wheat just keeps coming at us as there aren’t any sellers and the moulting barley market is very exciting with Norfolk samples being as good as anywhere in Norfolk. Shifting our attention to international markets, India's recent ban on sugar exports comes as a surprise. It seems that India has faced more significant challenges than they've let on, pushing for lower food prices domestically but inadvertently raising them abroad.
