He is a leadership coach, management consultant, and strategic advisor. He brings more than 20 years of operating experience as a technology executive and thought leader for both emerging and established brands in the U.S. and overseas. Erik’s passion is directed toward unlocking leaders and their teams through a recipe of self-development and the integration of leadership strategies and frameworks. He is a believer that those leaders who adapt and recognize when change is necessary will foster a culture of innovation and resilience.
