Carmen Marsh is a well-known technology leader, cybersecurity entrepreneur, and educator. She has worked with various well known companies such as Sony Incorporated, Stanford Research International, Meridian Systems etc. In 2019, she launched a successful, tuition-free fast-track upskilling program called "100 Women in 100 Days Cybersecurity Career Accelerator" with funding from Craig Newmark Philanthropy. Carmen has also created an international spotlight for highlighting the female cybersecurity role models with the first-ever Cybersecurity Woman of the Year Awards GALA in Las Vegas in 2019, at the Black Hat conference. Carmen is the Founder and President of the United Cybersecurity Alliance, carrying out a very important mission and vision to unite the global cybersecurity community as well as provide a platform for women to learn cybersecurity, enhance their skills, and gain hands-on experience for a successful entry and retention within the field. She has also founded other global initiatives including the Ally of the Year Awards, Global CISO Townhalls, Sacramento Valley Cyber Salons, and DEI Include Cybersecurity Forum. Carmen has been recognized internationally for her outstanding entrepreneurial work making an impact on the cybersecurity workforce.
