Todays guest is Alan Kane who has spent more than 35 years studying Martial Arts. He is an experienced therapist and has a deep understanding of Kinesiology and Neuro Structural Integration . He runs a busy clinic in the midlands of Ireland, in Mullingar.
He is renowed for his Martial Arts and particularly Haidong Gumdo, a Korean Sword Art.
