After 3 years of learning the industry, getting licensed, and learning from others, Lou took a leap into creating his own successful agency.

Either way, Lou has plenty of advice he shares on what it was like changing careers, starting out in the industry, opening his own agency, creating genuine relationships with clients, and networking with agents online.
