Have you ever felt as though you're on a chase to something that you believe will lead to satisfaction? How does this feel living from this intention? For me, this is an old pattern that can resurface from time to time, especially when I haven't been taking care of myself. In today's episode, I talk transparently how this shows up in my life, and how it ultimately leaves me feeling empty and dissatisfied. I also share ways on how you can stop waiting for satisfaction, and give yourself the permission to feel it right now, in this moment.
