Growing up we were embedded with this idea that too much milk chocolate will lead to health risks such as diabetes, heart diseases, high blood pressure, and weight gain. Yet, on average an American still consume chocolate based product at least once a day. According to Euromonitor, Americans eat nearly 18 percent of the world’s chocolate production which is around $18.27 billion dollars worth of chocolate production every year. But what if I told you that the right kind of chocolate has more than 300 healthy compounds that are beneficial to increasing your health? Would you believe me?
