I am delighted to share today's conversation with Kezia Calvert. Kezia Calvert is a Canadian artist and entrepreneur, who now lives in the States. She is a sober mom and wife with a passion for writing. Kezia's sobriety journey led her to recognize a strong desire to cultivate safe spaces of belonging and self-discovery. She launched her own business, Kezia Calvert Creative, in 2022 where she offers writing workshops, mentoring, speaking engagements, and her own short-form writing (among other things).

When she's not writing or teaching Kezia loves spending time with her husband and 7year-old daughter Harper, reading, being outside in nature, moving her body, cooking, and traveling.
