One way to cut down your workload is to automate, and that starts with determining what tasks shouldn't be on your plate. Then, you can map out a workflow for those tasks and start trying software tools that could help you with some of those steps. Remember, your automation doesn't have to be perfect the first time; this is a process of continuous improvements to support you as the business leader.
