#northcarolina #southcarolina #weather An area of low pressure off the Carolina coast is expected to bring impacts from tropical-storm-force winds, heavy rain, coastal flooding and high surf to portions of both North Carolina and South Carolina beginning Sunday night, through Monday and into Tuesday. Tropical storm conditions are expected along portions of the coast of South Carolina and North Carolina within the Tropical Storm Storm Warning area beginning Sunday and through Monday night.
