Dr. Alberto Ares is a Jesuit and an associate professor and researcher at the Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, where he serves as the director of its Institute for Migration Studies and teaches in international migration and development cooperation.

The fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic is dramatically transforming economies globally.
