This ruling allows for public disclosure of the case, which stems from a technical capability notice requiring Apple to provide backdoor access to encrypted data for UK law enforcement. In the realm of artificial intelligence, the Trump administration has issued new guidance for AI use and acquisition in government, replacing previous directives from the Biden administration.
