Affirmations! They can help you or they can totally tank you.
I've always said that I'm a believer of truth, and sometimes affirmations are tricky because we don't easily believe them as truth.
But, when we realize that we are speaking of a result that we want, then we can start asking questions about what we can do to get the result we're looking for.
Then, affirmations become the reality.
But, when we also understand that boundaries are simply the rules we choose to operate within, then we can find more truth in the way we live as well.
