Faith Buck, RDN, is the director of Sports Nutrition at James Madison University, and gets to work with athletes in every sport, including Football. She gives us an inside look on how the world has changed for student-athletes with NIL and the Transfer Portal, but also just the common pressures they must deal with, as they are still dealing with practices, being students, staying away from things that will make them ineligible, and the reality that they no longer eat for fun, but they eat to perform. (And they eat a lot!)
