Dell.com is one of the most frequently visited eCommerce sites and is a major contributor to Dell Technologies revenue. Where even minutes of downtime could cause millions in lost revenue, it's up to the Dell Technologies Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to ensure continuous availability.
