Ben Sims pres Hardgroove Mix Tape

This time around, we’ve got a sweet mix from Spain’s Pushmann, aka Victor M. Villa, a producer I've been supporting for the past few years. He featured on the Synchronicity compilation back in 2021, released a full EP on Hardgroove late last year, and we’re currently finalising a forthcoming EP for Symbolism.

In addition, he’s released music on legendary labels like Axis and KMS, also on solid imprints like Be As One, Matterwave and End of Dayz, plus runs his own N&N label. As a DJ, his style is not too dissimilar from my mine own tbh, energetic, fast-moving, multi-layered, varied styles and rhythms but always focused on the funk (perfect for the Hardgroove mixtape!). His DJ schedule has seen him drop sets at famed clubs like Florida 135 and Tresor, plus the immense Monegros festival in Spain. Enjoy!!
