In the 53rd episode of Be Real, I will be joined by Ginger Walker, a badass realtor, and entrepreneur. She is the owner and CEO of The Give Back Team, a real estate group that is committed to giving back to the charity and the community. She’s not just doing real estate for the sake of making money, but she has a purpose and a vision. Ginger is an amazing soul and a kind heart, which she spreads everywhere she goes.
Her strength and resilience have always been admired by people, especially me. When she was young, she became a parent to her parents and younger sister. Her mother had cancer and she stood as her mother's keeper. Two weeks after her mother's death, another tragedy struck their family and that's when she really struggled hard.
Her hardships in life shaped her golden heart and became her foundation to also influence the people surrounding her. She treats her team like family and builds great relationships with them because everyone matters to her. Being like a parent to them, they now share the same vision. Her team donates back to the charity of clients’ choice after closings, and they always give back to the community.
In this episode, Ginger will also share how she dominated the world of sales, despite being in an environment full of men. Her journey from being a successful pharmaceutical representative, to being a champ realtor.
