Welcome to episode #50 of the Art of Surrender. The half century, it tastes good, but its not enough.
This week I sat down with Jake O'Driscoll from Essence BJJ in Perth, Western Australia.
I always look forward to chatting with Jake. He's a good bloke on and off the mats and has always come across as authentic to me.
On this episode we had a chat about the Charity grappling match Jake is competing in to raise funds for Headspace, the national recognised foundation for the mental health and well-being of our youth. We also spoke about Jake's lifestyle based around jiu jitsu and his family, as well as the approach he takes day to day to run an academy and train as a professional grappler.
