On this episode of AOS I sat down with Jake O'Driscoll, the head coach of Essence BJJ in Belmont, WA. We spoke about his martial arts journey, his path to black belt and what is was like opening an academy and trying to build something from the ground up. We spoke about nutrition and what it has been like for Jake working with Jordan Sullivan, the Fight Dietician. As well as his experience working with the crew at Bulletproof For BJJ for his S&C.
