Together, they talk about an apprenticeship model that’s filling teaching roles in the district—and elsewhere in the state—and how the model further supports K–12 school and workforce pipeline development. Plus, they discuss how this model differs from traditional teaching career pathways, challenges Drs. Adamson and Smith have had to overcome to make the program successful, and much more.
