Nick is a real estate investor from Austin, Texas. He spent his early career as a mechanic while investing on the side. After teaming up with his partner in early 2019, Nick successfully closed on almost two hundred units across four properties in Austin. Since then, he's joined up full-time with Quantum Capital to grow their portfolio in both Austin and Los Angeles.
