For many of us, feedback may not be something we look forward to or even seek out. That’s why, in this solo episode, I share why asking for feedback regularly—whether in the moment or weekly—is crucial for growth. I also discuss the reasons you might not be receiving feedback and how to change that by creating opportunities and seeking input from the right people. And finally, I’ll discuss how to manage your emotions after hearing feedback, using it as a tool to improve and serve others better.
