When someone asks you what you are doing what is your answer? Do you say your are busy? Do you wear that phrase as a bad of honor?
In this episode, my guest Stephanie Miller shares about her journey and realization that she was wearing the badge of being busy as an honor. But was it really serving her and her family? The answer for most of us is a resounding NO! However, many of us struggle with balancing what we really need to do versus what we think we HAVE to do.
Stephanie Miller is a personal and spiritual growth coach, author, and speaker. Her coaching ministry, Butterfly Beginnings partners with women who are ready to transform into the person God has called them to be! She seeks to encourage growth and transparency among women in all different ages and stages of life. She also is an Army wife and the mom to two toddlers.
