Understanding that ROI > Cost is one of the important lessons a real estate agent needs to learn. It is the biggest reason some agents say online marketing works and go to the top 30% in their market with two years while some agents say there is no way you can build a successful real estate business online. Facebook, Google or any company you hire to advertise for you will not care what website or landing page you are sending traffic too. They will all gladly accept your money. The key to success though is to make sure that money and traffic is not just looking at your website, but filling out contact forms, reaching out to you and converting from traffic, to leads, to closed transactions. In this episode, I am using websites as the example, but you should look at the cost and ROI for every product, tool or course you buy.
