Jordan Boesch is the CEO and Founder of 7shifts, a labor-management platform used by about 16,000 restaurants across North America. 7shifts allows restaurants to control labor, manage staff, manage compliance issues, and keep staff engagement high by providing a mobile app to the employees. Starting out as a side hustle, eventually, 7shifts made enough money for Jordan to quit his software engineering career and focus on changing the restaurant industry!
