We originally had no intention of riding our motorcycle onto one of East Malaysia’s most beautiful and pristine beaches. Our plan had been simply to complete the Tip to Tip Route on the island of Borneo and reach its northernmost point. But I am so glad we took this little detour to have the jaw-dropping experience of a lifetime.
