My guest today is Nicole Rudisill who is the Director of Development & Communications for Touchstone Mental Health – which is a nonprofit organization that provides community based mental health services for adults in the US state of Minnesota. Nicole is a hugely passionate force for good in helping women and girls achieve their goals. In her recent consulting role for Korn Ferry, she led the management of their Leadership U for Humanity initiative, which is a hugely powerful leadership and professional development program for 100s of professionals of colour and other under-served groups.
