In today's podcast, I’m going to be sharing 2 quick and easy tips to help you actually get that Christian yoga practice done! These tips are based on my own experience, as well as feedback from other busy individuals who have managed to fit exercise into their daily routines.

These are super actionable tips, and I encourage you to grab a piece of paper and jot them down. With a little bit of planning and determination, you can transform your routine and make time for exercise in your life today!
