Zechariah | Chapter 11:1-9 Pt. II ~ Episode 914:

Oftentimes people don't understand what it is that they have to listen to. They adopt a mindset that the Lord is suddenly going to appear and make it plain; that here's no need to learn. Essentially, if he wants to tell me something, he will find a way to do so. That's the mindset people have, may expect the Divine hand to come writing on their walls. Many say in their heart, if the Lord wants to tell me something, He's gotta do it in this way; because this is the only way I'm prepared to understand or receive His Word. The Lord does come to us, and He does give His word, long before we even know we have any need of it. And, He usually does it through His servant(s), teaching the ways of the Lord; so we can listen, receive it, and apply it.
