This International Women’s Day, we’re joined by Advita Patel, President-Elect of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and the former chair of CIPR's Inside group.
As an expert in internal communications and creating inclusive workplaces, Advita has set up the CommsRebel agency which embeds diversity, equity and inclusion strategies in organisations. She also empowers individuals to tackle imposter syndrome and gain confidence, through mentoring, speaking engagements as well as her book ‘Building a Culture of Inclusivity’ which she co-wrote with fellow comms expert Priya Bates.
