Manage episode 371756006 series 3487335
In this candid and vulnerable conversation, Kimberly welcomes special guest, Aimee Oswald, and they dive deep into the topics of surrendering to what is, raising your child as they came here to be, navigating sobriety as a young mom, and supporting an autistic son through his transgender journey.
Aimee is a Hypnobabies Childbirth Educator, having taught hypnosis for childbirth and a labor doula, certified through both DONA and CAPPA. She has had the honor to help welcome 96 babies/families into the world! Aimee has two grown children; a beautiful daughter who is 32 and a transgender son who is 23 and also has autism.
Growing up all Aimee ever wanted was to be a mommy or a waitress. What she didn’t know was that being a mommy is a lot like being a waitress. ;) She has been sober for 26 years and is an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous and has been married to her husband Bill for 34 years.
This episode will have you laughing, crying and ultimately feeling inspired to do everything you can to have a front row seat to your child's life. We know you will enjoy Aimee's 'Heroine's Journey' into a soulful motherhood by design. ✨
