I welcome Ted Ryce to the podcast today! Ted is a high-performance coach who has worked with celebrities like Sir Richard Branson, Robert Downey Jr., Ricky Martin, and a dozen CEOs of multimillion-dollar companies. We talk in this interview about various topics such as what happens when we start to help clients, what Ted does specifically regarding training and dieting, and even how death has impacted his life.

Ted also touches upon his nomadic lifestyle and why, even though he loves the United States, he does not plan on returning to the States any time soon. He discusses how he had at one point wanted to be a neuroscientist and how that has connected to what he does now, what a protein-sparing modified fast is, why intermittent fasting doesn't always work, how chronic stress negatively affects our health, and more.

As is tradition on the podcast, Ted also answers some rapid-fire questions such as what his favorite exercise is, what his current fitness goals are, what losing people to death has taught him about life, what he hopes his legacy will be, and more. This interview was really enjoyable for me especially since Ted and I sort of work with the same target clientele, and I really appreciate his being so transparent and vulnerable. If you enjoy this episode, I would really appreciate it if you would subscribe to the podcast so that you never miss an episode, and I would also be grateful if you were to leave a five-star review wherever you listen!
