Our guest this week is Joe Taylor, founder of The Wave Project. It is our 6th Podcast where we delve into the world of surfing, and Joe’s vision along with a team of equally incredible people has created something truly special.
The Wave Project is a Surf Therapy Charity that harnesses the power of the ocean to improve the mental health of children and young people. Growing across more than a decade It is now a collection of more than 6,000 volunteers who deliver surf therapy sessions across 32 locations in the UK. Today Joe takes us on what that journey has been like, his experiences and lessons learned and where the project is heading in the future.
