Listen to how T'Juana Tacos evolved from Farmers Markets to Ghost Kitchen and finally to their very own Food Truck. Monica is so passionate about her Mexican heritage and family recipes, you'll want to tune in to this conversation.
In addition, Monica and Nelson finally got together in a while and went out to Fremont to check out Uneeda Burger's new healthy menu items. Check out what they ordered including the new Basil crusted Salmon Sandwich with Fennel Salad, Veggie Burger, Vegetarian Chili and much more.
As for what they're eating, Nelson checked out Eastside spots including La Chingona Taqueria, Xiao Chi Jie, and the new location of 85C Bakery Cafe. He also grabbed takeout from Fremont Bowl, visited the new and 2nd location of Spice Waala with Monica, and went on a mini Ballard food crawl picking up additional takeout at PInk Bee and Mr. Gyro's.
Meanwhile, Monica had a craving for Panda Express, picked up takeout from X'ian Noodles, stopped by Kizuki Ramen for noodles, had sushi from Katsu Burger, ate at Kidd Valley, and met up with @eatingwiththao for a socially distant cookie drop.
