Previously holding executive leadership positions in public and private technology companies for over 15 years,
Stephanie understands the complexity, challenges, and rewards of working in both large multinational companies and in financial/technology start-up environments.
Her focus has always been on driving business outcomes and creating places where people love to work.
After retiring as the CFO of a FinTech company in 2020 she spends 100% of her time advocating for women in STEM executive leadership.
Currently Stephanie works as a facilitator with executive leadership teams to set and achieve goals which make workplaces safe and welcoming for all.
