John guides people to a life of fulfillment by helping them identify earning opportunities by thinking differently. He firmly believes that life is about relationships and the time you spend with those you love. His mission is to allow investors the ability to leverage their capital to increase time in the actions that really matter to them; be it family, travel or other business ventures. His contrarian approach to investing has led to numerous highly profitable exits over his decade long career. He credits these large risk adjusted returns to his ability to source deals and his expertise in performing thorough due diligence on real estate and business opportunities.
In 2020, he launched his lifestyle by design podcast, Contrarian Cashflow, to open the dialogue about what it takes to create a fulfilled life while on the investing and entrepreneurship journey. A dedicated father and loving husband he believes the best deal he has closed is his wife.
