Everybody’s lives aren’t the same. Seven years ago my wife Lynn and I had been seated in our living room watching television when my peripheral vision suddenly caught a movement from back over my right shoulder. I’d turned to look at the monitor connected to our security cameras mounted outside and noticed a man walking up our driveway toward the house. Leaving his vehicle parked along the street parallel with the sidewalk. From the distance of the street, we could see the papers he’d held in his hand.
We’d owned our home so we’d known the papers wasn’t connected to that. We’d not been late on bill payments so we’d also known the papers hadn’t been connected to late payments. Nor gas payments or late payments for electricity. But we’d watched him on camera until he’d stepped upon our porch and at that point I’d opened the door to greet him. He’d asked if Lynn was home and we’d both spoken with this constable together as he’d served us with papers informing us that we were being sued. For what I’d asked. “I don’t know sir, I just serve the paperwork,” he’d said. Lynn and I’d accepted the paperwork and the gentleman had turned and walked back toward his car.
Folk’s, affidavits are required by law to be truthful and material and as Lynn and I’d reviewed Barbara J. Humphrey’s Affidavit for Transfer of Real Property without Probate there’d been no doubt of the documents being fraudulent. Under line 5 of this affidavit Barbara made a false statement claiming “I am entitled to the real property per the will of the deceased.” This matter has twice been before the Nebraska Supreme Court as well as put through three days of a sham trial mocking the justice system.
During trial on April 10, 2023 Barbara admitted that the will was not a part of the case. No will, no case! Further, on three separate occasions Barbara testified under oath on May 23, 2023 that Lynn and my real estate property had not been listed in this will that she’d claimed to have when in reality this will doesn’t exist. Meaning that seven years have passed and no one has ever seen this will and neither has the Court been able to view it or to verify its existence. Additionally, during trial on May 23, 2023 Douglas County, Nebraska District Court Judge Duane C. Dougherty admitted that he himself did not have the will.
So the only connection Barbara has to this property is through her false statement made on the Affidavit. Yet! Having Lynn and me isolated behind closed doors, from behind these closed doors where the outside world couldn't witness his criminal activities. This corrupt Judge Dougherty conspired with Nebraska attorneys Matthew P. Saathoff and James E. Reisinger and took Lynn and my real estate property through fraudulent means, placed it on the open market and sold this property obtained through fraud. With your support, we're here today to attempt to correct this intentional wrong.
