We hear the stigmas that are surrounded around mental health, "you don't have a reason to be depressed, get over it." and we hear the stigmas surrounding sexual abuse, "you are just looking for attention, why are you speaking about it now?" but too little of the time are we bringing a message to eliminate that stigma.
