Charta Audio Drama follows Deni Mesa, a struggling former US Coast Guard Boatswains Mate, moved to the sailing capital of the world compelled on being a charter yacht boat captain. He is forced to facilitate smuggling activities for undocumented migrants by using irregular entry into countries where they are not nationals or residents after finding it hard to support himself.
