In this episode I sit down with 1-On-1 client and Lauren White to talk about how she's lost 10 pounds so far in 1-On-1 Coaching working full time as a mom of 4.
Before starting coaching, she had tried almost every diet you could think of with no results to show for it.

She's now leaner, stronger, feeling better in her own clothes, and her confidence has skyrocketed.

And the best part is she's been able to do it this time eating MORE than what she felt like she could eat in the past on her own.

In this episode we dive into how this all worked for her, the surprising results she's seen from eating more, and how this has also dramatically improved her relationship with food too.

We also talk about how she's been able to maintain ALL of her fat loss over the past 6 weeks while recovering from surgery, with us increasing her food intake during this time too.
