Good morning, weather watchers! I'm your meteorologist bringing you the latest forecast for Washington District of Columbia.
We're starting today with a delightful sunny day, temperatures climbing to a crisp 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Winds will be calm, then shifting northwest around 6 miles per hour - perfect for a light jacket and maybe a morning walk.
Tonight, get ready for some cloud action. We'll see mostly cloudy skies that'll gradually clear, with temperatures dipping down to a chilly 31 degrees Fahrenheit. Expect those winds to take a breather and stay calm.
Looking ahead to Monday, sunshine makes a comeback! We're looking at a high near 56 degrees Fahrenheit. In the afternoon, winds will softly shift from calm to a gentle south breeze between 5 to 8 miles per hour.
Tuesday brings partly sunny skies with temperatures warming up to a pleasant 63 degrees Fahrenheit. Wednesday continues the sunshine trend with temperatures near 62 degrees Fahrenheit.
Thursday throws a little curveball with a 50 percent chance of rain. Expect mostly cloudy conditions and temperatures around 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
