Forgiveness As A Path to Liberation
Manage episode 342536939 series 2628335
Our lay speaker this week, Lylah Lockridge, explains how "to forgive, is to cease to feel resentment" and that this is accomplished by "the act of looking past the act of one who has done us harm", and by "identifying with love, peace, innocence, and divinity."
Our worship associate cracks wise and admits nervousness. Also, lots of music. And singing. From the congregation. Actual hymns.
