There are times when people have been diagnosed with one or more conditions and want to start taking better care of their bodies. We sit down, they share their story, I share how I can help them, then they quietly sit for a while then tell me "I don't eat fruits or vegetables, ever. I'm totally overwhelmed."

This isn't as rare as you'd think and I do have ways to help you add them in...without hating life. I don't believe in choking down food purely for the reason of health. That's setting you up for failure. Here's an inside look into how I help my clients who are struggling with this too.
