I am beyond excited to have my beautiful mentor, Annie Gichuru, on the show with you in this episode. Annie has, quite literally, changed the way in which I view and apply racial equity work in my own life as a biracial woman.
Annie is a racial equity coach dedicated to supporting online business owners to build racially equitable businesses so they can be intentionally inclusive.
Annie has become a leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) coach & consultant for online entrepreneurs, most notable of which is her partnership with The Beautiful You Coaching Academy, where she supports trainees and coaches.
Annie has gracefully helped me step into doing the lifelong work of creating racial equity for all, and I can’t wait to share her incredible knowledge with you all!
