How to overcome 1. Consult a counsellor 2. Tell a friend the most trusted one 3. Cry about it 4. Go for treatment 5. Take your time to heal 6. Talk to God 7. Pray about it 8. Write about it 9. Love yourself more 10. And be sure to let someone know if their words make you feel bad 11.
